Our HISTORY

FrontLine Ministries identifies areas of need that are not addressed by existing organizations. ​

​George Palmer is the founder and President of FLM, which has an independent outside board of directors.

founded in 1994
FLM takes an entrepreneurial approach to starting new ministries and programs to meet these needs. Our goal is to start new ministries, recruit and train leadership; secure funding and then release the ministries. Our desire is not to build a mega-ministry.

  • Our earlier outreaches were geared to at-risk (street) teenagers.
  • We created and taught seminars and training for schools, community organizations, and local church leaders to deepen the awareness and urgent needs of these young people.
  • We created The Joshua Project providing internships for Youth Ministry students in local churches and businesses in central PA.
  • We opened “The Door” an outreach center for teens in local churches in Bellwood PA.
  • We provided summer camp for these teens. 
  • We raised scholarship money to enable these teens to attend camp. (over 250K in recent years)
  • We worked with teens (and their families) dealing with the struggles of alcohol and drug use, abuse and other behavioral issues.
  • We worked with single teen moms (and their families) and young adults in prison.

In 2006 The Door was re​leased and now functions as an independent ministry to

Since 1999 FrontLine has organized and directed FrontLine’s “The Last Blast of Summer” at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park in Tipton PA. www.frontlineministries.com and www.delgrossos.com 
​George Palmer maintains his personal visitation ministry with local teens, and families. That averages over 100 prison visits and over 200 “in home” and hospital visits per year.
